I'm considering looking for a PTO-driven generator for my BX 1500. This would be used only during power outages. Does anyone have suggestions as to generator size limitation, brand, etc.? Thanks all.

Northern Tool has the smallest PTO ready generator I have seen so far. It will produce 7200 watts.... but not with your tractor.

Your BX 1500 has about 12 HP at the PTO (??) and would likely produce about 5500-6000 watts with this item. ....

Thanks, buddy, for the info. I have a 5000 watt, 10 hp generator now and will just keep it rather than go with the PTO type. There wouldn't be enough wattage differance between the two anyway. Thanks again. ....
